you may take snacks with you into any Disney World park, correct? Do these have to be pre-packaged and sealed items or can you purchase larger quantity items and bag them yourself in zip-lock baggies?

Hi Maggie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Good job getting all of the last-minute details of your trip planned! Just a couple of more "sleeps" and you'll be waking up to your vacation. Hooray!

Bringing snacks into the Walt Disney World Resort is allowed and I highly recommend it! It is a great way to budget and save a little money on the trip, as well as keeping everyone energized so there aren't meltdowns from getting overly hungry (I speak from experience with my little ones!). It is also helpful to have familiar snacks on hand if you have picky eaters like I do.

Feel free to buy larger items of snacks and divide them up in baggies. This will be helpful with security when they check your bags, since they will be able to see what you have in the baggies without have to open everything. Win-win! A few items are prohibited: alcoholic beverages, glass containers (excluding small jars like baby food), and bags or coolers larger that 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high.

Enjoy your upcoming trip, Maggie! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
