Welcome to planDisney, it's so nice to meet you! I'm sorry that you're having a hard time managing your spa booking. I'll do my best to help you sail through the process!
The
Senses Spa does require 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Since you aren't sailing for a couple more weeks you're well within that timeframe, so I think it's probably a technical issue that is causing the problem. I have a couple of ideas for you to try:
- First, my favorite technical fix...try restarting the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Make sure you sign out and then sign back in! You can also check in the app store on your device to see if there is an update available.
- If the app still isn't getting onboard with your plans then I would try logging in on a computer to the Disney Cruise Line website and clicking "Book / Manage Cruise Activities" under the "Already Booked" option on the main menu to see if you can cancel your reservation from there.
If neither of those solutions works for you then I recommend
contacting Disney Cruise Line by email or phone (there's a phone number at the bottom of the contact page) to have a Cast Member assist you. They will be happy to help!
