    This may be a question you never thought you'd get. I will be "home" in Sept 2015. I am a senior traveling solo. I would like to do a character dinner but wondering if characters would even notice me?

    Hi Sharon!

    Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  We very much consider Walt Disney World our 'home' too--so many magical memories, so many familiar places...we feel very much 'at home' at the parks.

    I have to say I've  traveled as a child, all the way to traveling as a solo adult .  Each of these vacations were very different for (obviously) different reasons, but I have to say that I took part in Character Dining experiences each and every time.  The characters are great fun, and at the the place where “...you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy;” you'll be just like a kid again!  

    The characters will absolutely come around and spend time with you!  They are such great fun, and add a wonderful atmosphere to any dining experience!  Do it.  Have an absolute BLAST!  Take tons of pictures!
