Hello, May I purchase the photos from my cruise after I get back?

Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Chris, we thank you for sailing in!

Disney Cruise Line Professional Photography is onboard to capture all your unique and precious memories during your sailing, which you could then encapsulate into different photo packages to bring home and cherish for years to come. Chris, I would personally recommend looking over the various packages, especially those that are available for pre-purchase at good savings, or, you can purchase one or a few special moments from your cruise if that works for you. It's just so much easier to access your pre-purchased photos once back home.

Chris, if you decide to purchase your Disney Cruise Line professional photos, when you arrive home you can then access your photos for download from your Disney Cruise Line account once you sign in

How to access your purchased Disney Cruise Line professional photos at home:

    1) Once signed in to your Disney Cruise Line account we will need you to access your Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club member ID because you will need this ID number for retrieving your purchased photos. Select Castaway Club from the Already Booked tab on the top right of the main page to view and jot down your ID number for reference,
    2) Roll your cursor over the Already Booked tab once again and select My Cruise Photos,
    3) On the My Cruise Photos page you will be asked to input your Castaway Club ID number which will then link your cruise photos to your Disney Cruise Line account. Following this, you should be able to view and download your photos.

If you decide not to purchase any cruise photo package or photos before or during your sailing, and then change your mind once back home, you "might" be able to inquire about purchasing any photos by contacting Disney Cruise Line Guest Communications at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com by Email. Chris, if it were me, I would opt to purchase my photos during my sailing for greater peace of mind, as there are no guarantees that you will be able to purchase any Disney Cruise Line professional photography once back home.

    Tips:
Please complete your Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In to complete the necessary documentation, select your port arrival time and also select any activities and Port Adventures.

Kindly refer to Disney Cruise Line's - Know Before You Go resource often, even up to the day of sailing, as information is on a continuum.

Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage your plans before and during your sailing using the many helpful features in the app, including the ability to book a future sailing once onboard with the Disney Cruise Onboard-Only Offer.

I hope this information is helpful, Chris, it was a pleasure assisting you today. Please stop by planDisney for more first-hand tips and advice!
