May I please have your Gluten Free Nut Free Coconut Free menu for the Blue Bayou Restaurant

Hey there, hi there, Noelle. Welcome to planDisney. We love helping Guests get all of their planning questions answered!

I am so excited that you are in the planning stages of your Disneyland Resort visit. The Blue Bayou Restaurant is definitely a must-do at least once, or at least I think so. It's such a unique dining experience to feel like you are nestled under the stars and being able to take in the sights and sounds of part of an attraction while you enjoy a yummy meal. I am happy to share with you that you can find the Blue Bayou menu, as well as every other food location's menu, right on the Disneyland website or in the Disneyland app. Just search for your desired location, and you will see a "View Menu" option on the information page. This also includes menu options for those with common food allergies. These options are usually located at the bottom of a menu.

Once you arrive at the restaurant, you will have a chance to communicate with a Cast Member to inform them of any allergies you and your party have. I have dined here before with someone with severe allergies, and the chef came out and was so kind and accommodating to make sure it was still an enjoyable experience for our friend. If you have specific questions or concerns, you can try to reach out to the Special Diets team a few days in advance of your visit.

Noelle, I hope this information helps you figure out what options you may have while dining in the parks. Remember, you are also welcome to bring in your own food if you feel more comfortable with that. I hope you have a magical visit!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
