I know exactly the wallet you’re talking about, because I am desperate to get my hands on the hip pack version – I even sent my friend Kristen to Disneyland to find me one (no luck…yet). If you’ve already looked in the
Shop Disney Parks app and the
ShopDisney website, the answer might be that the item is Parks-exclusive, and not available online at this time. Sometimes items stay Parks-exclusive forever, but sometimes they are released online after a period of time, so don’t give up!
The first thing I would do is call
The Disney Corner at (407) 939-5277 to ask if they still carry the wallet, and if you can purchase it via telephone and have it shipped. Even if they can’t do that, they may have some other suggestions.
If that doesn’t work, I would an email to Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com or calling (877) 560-6477 to inquire about your item. Be sure to describe it in as much detail as you can so they can work their magic.
