May I change my reservation from 8th to the 9th please

    Hello, Gabby!

"Oh, bother." Do you have to delay your visit to the Disneyland Resort? Well, at least you still get a chance to go at all. Yes, of course. You may book a different park reservation with a valid theme park ticket. Let’s go over the conditions and procedures.

To change an existing Disneyland Resort theme park reservation, visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. You may also access that page by tapping on a park reservation entry on the “Future Plans” screen access from the ☰ feature menu of the Disneyland mobile app. From the "My Theme Park Reservations" page, click on the “Cancel Reservation” link for the date you wish to change. Select all of the tickets or passes you want to include in the cancellation then click the Continue button to proceed and confirm. Then, return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page again and click the “Book Theme Park Reservation” button to make a new reservation for another date that is valid for the ticket or tickets you have available.

There are a few things to remember in this process:

    • Existing park reservations may be canceled up until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the day before the reservation. If that time has passed, you may book a new reservation in its place once the reservation has automatically cleared at the end of the day of the reservation not being used.
    • Ticket holders with a theme park reservation linked to their ticket may cancel and rebook park reservations for as long as the ticket is valid. Check the expiration date indicated when you purchased your ticket. Multi-day tickets will expire on the noted expiration date or 13 days after the first use, whichever is first.
    • One-day tickets may be used on an available date of the same or lower tier as the ticket. To use the ticket on a higher-tier date, visit the ticket booths to upgrade the ticket.
    • The number of reservations for a given date is limited. So booking as soon as possible is recommended. If a certain date has run out of reservations and other available dates don’t work for you, you may keep checking the reservation system. You never know when another Guest will cancel their reservation to free it up for you.

Tony’s Tip: Make sure to download the latest version of the Disneyland app to use during your visit. For even more fun, try out the separate Play Disney Parks app. It’s a free app that includes games and other activities to enjoy while you are at the parks. There are some activities for some at-home fun too.

I hope you enjoy your visit to the Disneyland Resort, Gabby. Whether it is sooner or later, I’m sure it will be magical!
