Hi there, Treasure!
Thanks for stopping by with your question!
Here at
planDisney, we understand just how important a well-stocked park bag is for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and sometimes that means bringing more than just the
bare necessities. In reviewing the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, an electric lunch box or other similar devices are not specifically prohibited, so as long as your lunch box fits into a bag that falls within the specified sizing guidelines (no larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high), you shouldn't have a problem bringing it with you into the theme parks. Of course, it's important to keep in mind that every item allowed into Walt Disney World's theme parks is permitted according to Cast Member discretion at security screening points, so if it is determined that an item is potentially harmful or disruptive to other Guests, you would not be allowed to bring it into the theme parks.
Once inside the parks, you'll be able to use any of the publicly accessible electrical outlets to charge your device. You'll typically find these in quick-service restaurants, but there are also areas dedicated to charging devices in Magic Kingdom Park near the Tangled-themed restrooms and World Celebration in EPCOT.
Should you choose not to pack your lunchbox, Treasure,
Hakuna Matata! There are so many tasty treats to enjoy throughout Walt Disney World Resort, you won't have to worry about any
rumblies in your tumbly. Be sure to utilize the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering feature in your My Disney Experience app to shorten your wait!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
