Currently, at Disneyland Resort, there are two ways you can purchase
Disney Genie+ service for your park tickets. The first way is to purchase Disney Genie+ as an add-on to your ticket during your ticket purchase. If you did not add this during your ticket purchase, you can purchase Disney Genie+ to each ticket once you have scanned your tickets into the park. So in your case, it sounds like you will be able to make your purchase once you are in the park.
The purchase is quick and easy through the
Disneyland app. This is how I've purchased Disney Genie+ every time. My recommendation for you is to go into your Disneyland app and save a credit card to your profile. This will make the check-out process that much quicker and more convenient to be able to just select your card and purchase versus getting your card out and typing in the information. Having this card stored will set you up for being able to use
mobile ordering. This is our family's favorite feature in the app! My family is notorious for all wanting something from a different location when it comes time for snack or meal time. This allows us to order from multiple locations quickly and then just pick up when the order is ready. It's much easier than standing in line to order and get the food from each location.
