What is the maximum weight limit for Disneyland rides? I am 330lbs and am wondering if I will fit.

Hey there, hi there, Brady, and welcome to planDisney! How exciting that your Disneyland Resort adventure is on the horizon—less than two months away! I love that you're already mapping out the details; a little planning ensures maximum magic, I always say! As a fellow explorer of the Happiest Place on Earth, I'm happy to help you gather the information you need for a truly spectacular visit.

Let's chat about those incredible Disneyland Resort attractions! The great news is that most ride vehicles can accommodate Guests up to 600 pounds (with the high-flying Silly Symphony Swings being an exception due to its design). The most important thing for every single Guest, on any ride, is ensuring that the safety restraint engages fully—that satisfying click is your pass to a secure and spectacular journey, whether you're cruising through Radiator Springs or exploring a galaxy far, far away! Now, comfort is definitely unique to each person, and while most attractions offer a roomy experience, some Guests mention the overhead restraints on the Incredicoaster provide a snug, 'super suit' kind of fit across the chest and shoulders that may feel a bit more constricting. It’s all designed to keep everyone safely enjoying the zoom!

Speaking of making sure every adventure is just the right fit, do keep in mind that many attractions also have height requirements—another way Disney ensures every young Padawan or seasoned Jedi is safe on their mission! It’s always a great idea to peek at the official height requirements list before your visit. This way, you can perfectly plot your course and make sure none of your must-do quests are missed!

And Brady, since you'll be visiting in late May, your timing is absolutely perfect! You'll be arriving during the incredible Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration! Seventy years of making dreams come true at the Happiest Place on Earth—how magical is that?! Get ready for dazzling nighttime spectaculars lighting up the sky and Main Street, U.S.A., as the beloved Paint the Night parade and awe-inspiring Wondrous Journeys show make a triumphant return! Even classic voyages hold new surprises; you'll find Dante and Miguel from the animated film, “Coco”, making a special appearance in "it's a small world"—I can't wait to wave hello to them! Over at Disney California Adventure Park, the celebration continues with the Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! parade dancing back down the parade route! Be sure to peek at the official Disneyland Daily Events Schedule as your magical visit gets closer for all the details.

Brady, I hope these details help you feel perfectly prepared as you chart your course for the heart of the magic! Between exploring fantastic attractions and soaking in the dazzling 70th Celebration festivities, your upcoming visit sounds absolutely wonderful. Wishing you the most incredible time making memories and discovering delights! If any other questions pop up, please send them our way here at planDisney—we're always happy to help!
