Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Mariana. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see that you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few weeks! You must be counting down the days with excitement and anticipation.
A Disney vacation with a big group is sure to be BIG fun! Utilizing
Lightning Lane passes for your visit will minimize your wait times and maximize the magic you experience. I just spoke with a Cast Member who confirmed that the maximum number of Guests you can book a Lightning Lane Multi Pass experience or Lightning Lane Single Pass for is 20. That's not to say that you can't all book a Lightning Lane experience and return window together! First, be sure that all 30 of you are linked together through Family & Friends on
My Disney Experience. Then delegate two (or maybe three!) of you to work together to book Lightning Lane experiences and return windows together for assigned smaller groups from your Family & Friends list. You may not be able to secure return windows for the exact time, but you should at least be able to book overlapping windows, allowing all 30 of you to ride at the same time!
It's important to note that while 20 is the maximum number of Guests you can book a Lightning Lane pass for, you can only request to join a
Virtual Queue for a maximum of 12 Guests or less. For that reason, I think it would be wise to delegate three of you and assign each of those three a group of ten from your Family & Friends list to make plans for like Lightning Lane pass return windows and Virtual Queue return times.
I hope this was helpful, Mariana. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
