    Does it matter what orientation the cooler is in when measured? Our back pack cooler when laying down is 22"L 12"W 12.75"high. When standing up would be 12"L 12.75W 22"H. Will this work to use in the parks?

    Hi Andy, and welcome to planDisney!

    When you visit Walt Disney World Resort, especially in those hot months, a cooler is necessary to beat the heat. I always carried a small cooler for snacks and water when my kids were younger. 

    When toting your gear into the theme parks – suitcases, coolers, and backpacks, remember to keep it compact! Anything larger than 24” x 15” x 18” (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) is not allowed in any theme park or water park. As long as your cooler falls below the restricted size, you are free to bring it into the parks so that your snacks and drinks can be kept cool.
