Hi Anne Marie! Well, I have to say, it sounds as if you have two awesome friends in Florida! A "girls" weekend on The Dream?!? No kids or husbands? They sound like keepers! Let me just say that you will probably have the time of your life.
The Disney Dream has so much to offer that you may just want to skimp on sleep. From my experience, Disney Cruise Line dining is unbelievable. You and your friends will be assigned restaurants for dinner for each night that you're on the ship. I would keep those reservations unless you want to book Remy's, the ship's adults-only French restaurant. I hear that's the ultimate dining experience. You will want to try every restaurant so use your breakfasts and lunches to try out the rest of your options. Please don't forget to book Palo for brunch! That has been my favorite meal on the last three Disney cruises I've taken.
You'll probably want to hit the Senses Spa and Salon for some relaxing pampering time. It's gorgeous, has ocean views, and offers an extensive spa menu. Disney has really kept the adults in mind while designing this ship. You and your friends have the entire "District" area to enjoy!!! Adults-only bars such as Pink and Skyline, and Evolution, which is a dance club where an adult can enjoy a cocktail, dance, people watch or have some laughs singing karaoke. During the day, you can relax at the Quiet Cove Pool which is The Dream's adults-only pool with connecting bar.
Of course, there is so much more to see and do on this gorgeous ship. You can find more information by going to
www.disneycruiseline.com. I'm sending you some Pixie Dust to ensure that you and your friends have a girls' weekend full of magic and Princess like moments...I'm sure you all deserve it!!!
