    Hello Marc, I'm a single dad of two boys, ages11 & 9. We will be taking the 4 day cruise in June on the Disney Dream. It looks like my boys activities will be covered, but what about me? Are there activities for singles on board? Thanks

    Hi Michael!

         Thanks for asking me a question!  I have been on two Disney Cruises with my son on the Disney Dream and we both had the time of our lives each time!  You and your sons are going to have an amazing time! There are tons of things for adults to do on the Disney Dream even if you are a single adult.  To start off there are adult only sections of the ship which include a pool and hot tub where children are not permitted.  There are Nightclubs and Lounges for Adults in The District and an incredible movie theater which shows first run movies in 2D and 3D.  There are ship tours and classes during the Voyage.  Also every evening in the Walt Disney Theater there are incredible shows that rival Broadway shows!  There are Palo and Remy (fine dining restaurants) and a wonderful adult only Spa. The things that I mentioned are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to on board activities on the Disney Dream and you can do them while your boys are at the kids clubs.  When you get on board you can consult your Personal Navigator for all of the things to do on the Disney Dream.  You receive a Personal Navigator every day with the schedule and times of events for that particular day.  When you go to Castaway Cay there is an adult only beach called Serenity Bay. Actually the hardest part is deciding what to pick to do for everything that is offered!  I can tell you from experience that I was never bored on the Disney Dream and I met a lot of incredible people!
