March 2020, we bought tickets and of course COVID lasted a lot longer than we had ever thought. Now trying to access my tickets again and the page keeps saying not available? Anyone else have this issue?

    Hi there Samantha,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your great question!  I am so sorry you have not been able to use your Theme Park Tickets yet, hopefully you will be able to visit Disneyland Resort soon!

Due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets have been given an extension to the expiry date until December 16, 2021.  Because of this, you may need to try linking your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account again.  To do this, login to your Disney Account on the Disneyland Resort website and in the "My Disneyland" tab scroll down and select "Link Tickets. From there, follow the prompts to re-enter your Theme Park Ticket information.  Please keep in mind that you may not be able to "see" your Theme Park Tickets on the website, but rest assured, they are there.  If you would like to use the Disneyland Mobile App, simply select "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Passes" to add your Theme Park Tickets.

Once you have added your Theme Park Tickets, try making your Theme Park Reservations.  If you are unable to still make reservations after re-linking your Theme Park Tickets, you will have to call Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be happy to help sort our your Theme Park Tickets.

I sincerely hope you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth soon, Samantha.  If you have any other questions, please come back and visit planDisney again, we are always happy to help.

    ~Stephanie
