We were just there in March & are already planning our next trip back! We stayed at POFQ this past time & the time before Caribbean Beach. Thinking of staying deluxe next time. What's your favorite deluxe resort? Our daughter will be 9yrs old.

    Hi Ashley!

I know what you mean about planning as soon as you get back! *sigh* So fun!

I have stayed at several Deluxe Resorts---

    1. The Beach Club: It's beautiful, classy and right on the Boardwalk where there are restaurants, entertainment and more. The pool is one of the best pools (maybe the best?) on property. Perfect for a 9 year old girl! Plus, Cape May Cafe is in the resort---so you can have character dining right at your resort!

    2. The Contemporary: This is a monorail resort, so in my book, it's one of the best! I love staying on the monorail because you are just a quick step from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It's fun and easy! The Contemporary is super...contemporary. You'll love the design inside. And of course, Chef Mickey is inside--the most popular character meal!

    3. The Grand Floridian: Another monorail resort! This resort is gorgeous. There are beautiful restaurants inside (including 1900 Park Fare which is character dining), a beach and a spa. It's lovely.

    4. Wilderness Lodge: The ambiance in this resort is amazing--it's like being at Fort Wilderness but with NO roughing it! I stayed here as a High School student with my family and loved it. Every bit of it was exciting to me. And one of my favorite restaurants, Whispering Canyon is there, too!

However, I still have a dream of staying at The Animal Kingdom Lodge because animals wander around outside your window! It's absolutely breathtaking. Even if you don't stay there, you need to stop by and visit. It's worth the trip!

I hope that helps! Any Deluxe resort you choose will be amazing!
