    Hi Marc, I just read a question about pre-ordering the photo pass and you said they would be given a promo code. I pre-ordered one but never got a promo code. I got a instruction e-mail but no code. Did I miss something?

    Hi Kimberly!

          Thanks for asking me a question!  The PhotoCD Promo Code is typically located at the bottom of the e-mail which is titled "Do Not Delete! Instructions for your Disney's Photo CD enclosed".  The Photo CD Promo Code is a number and letter code that you can enter when purchasing a Photo CD from Disney's PhotoPass.  If you can't find your e-mail with the Photo CD Promo Code on it, then you can call 1-(407)-560-4300 Monday-Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. eastern time, and Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. eastern time to speak with a Disney PhotoPass representative and they can retrieve it for you.
