Marc, enjoyed your response to Brenda about her older child ordering from childs menu although having paid for adult dining. We have same situation coming up 6/13. Will they give them a larger portion? Thanks so much! Linda

    Hi Linda!

Thanks for enjoying one of my previous answers!  You can always ask for a larger portion on a kid's meal and you just may receive it for your child especially if you ask nice. Often you will have to pay a nominal fee for the extra portion, but it never hurts to ask nicely. I recently had a similar experience with my son at California Grill in the Contemporary Resort at the beginning of April 2011.  My son didn't like anything on the adult menu at California Grill and he wanted the Flat Bread Pizza from the kid's menu so I asked the server if we could have a larger pizza and they gave us a larger Flat Bread Pizza for $1.00 or $2.00 more for the larger sized pizza.  It was actually so big that my 13 year old son had a difficult time finishing all of it!  Also you may want to consider ordering and adult appetizer or dessert for your child if they are not filled up with the kid's menu option.

I hope that you have a magical vacation with your family on your next trip to Walt Disney World!
