Hi Marc, Chris on panel told me to ask you this ?. Thinking of stay at POP next trip. Never stayed there always stayed at Mod. but don't think the extra money per night is worth a coffee pot.(coffee drinker) We only sleep there and get ready. What U think?

    Hi Teresa!

The Moderate Resorts are great, but they do cost more per night.  If you are the type of person who spends all of their time in the Parks and only returns to your room to sleep at night, then a Value Resort such as Pop Century would be ideal for your stay. If coffee is important to you, then you could always bring coffee and purchase a small one cup coffee maker with filters to bring with you on your vacation.  The money that you save on the room per night will more than pay for the purchase of the coffee maker a hundred times over!  Another thing to consider is that the Moderate Resorts rooms come with a small refrigerator for no extra charge.  The Value Resorts charge $15 per night if you want to have a refrigerator in your room.

Also keep in mind that the Value Resorts during a Value Season are extremely competitive to hotels off Property.  I have even received deals on Pop Century that were under $60.00 a night during Value Season which is a price per night that I would have a hard time matching off Property!

Thanks for asking me this question and I hope that you have a magical trip the next time that you journey to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
