    With the Marathon Registration opening next week we have stepped our planning up to high gear! I was wondering if it is possible to pay registration fees with a Disney Gift Card. Can't beat the fuel savings that come with the cards!

    HI Trish!  I cannot wait for the 2013 Disney World Marathon!  With it being the 20th anniversary, I just know it will be even more magical than ever!

    I agree with you that the Disney Gift Cards are great!  However, registration for races is actually through an outside company called active.com that is used for a high percentage of race events.  Since this is not a Disney company, you cannot use a Disney Gift Card to pay for race registration.  You could use a Disney issued Visa Card if you have one of those.
