Could a map be shared of a typical route for MK & Hollywood studios parade & cavalcades?

Welcome back to planDisney, Ann! I’m so glad to see that you are finding our group helpful as you plan for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Knowing the “just right” place from which to view the parades is a great planning strategy!

While there currently is no parade at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can enjoy the “Festival of Fantasy Parade” at Magic Kingdom Park. To find the parade route, head over to the Walt Disney World Resort website and enter “Festival of Fantasy Parade” in the search bar. When the page opens, you’ll see a map with some stars. The stars indicate the beginning, middle, and end of the parade route. The parade begins in Frontierland, then travels through Liberty Square, moves over to the hub in front of Cinderella Castle (the parade travels along the right side of the hub when looking at the map), and then heads down Main Street, U.S.A. where the parade concludes.

Ann, I have found that the most crowded areas to view the parade are along Main Street, U.S.A. and in front of Cinderella Castle. The least crowded areas are Frontierland and Liberty Square! Enjoy the parade! You are going to see some of your favorite Disney characters!

    Happy Planning!
