Is there a map or listing of where the guest relations kiosks are located for using the DAC program?

    Hi Alyssa,

Thank you for your question. Once you have visited the main entrance Guest Relations and receive your Disability Access Service Card (DAS) - designed to accommodate Guests who aren't able to wait in a conventional queue environment due to disability (including non-apparent disabilities) - the location where to obtain your attraction time will differ depending on which Disney Park you are visiting.

If visiting the Disneyland Resort, Guests will go to Guest Relation kiosks throughout the parks to receive a return time. I would suggest you have the Cast Member at Guest Relations indicate on a park map where the kiosk locations are when your card is issued. If visiting Walt Disney World Resort, Guests will go to the attraction to receive a return time.

If you have any more questions please write us back here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I hope you have a magical time in the parks.

    ~Lynette
