Hi there, Jim!
It's great to have you here at planDisney! I'd love to help you prepare for your next visit to the
Disneyland Resort.
Physical park maps are only provided at the parks themselves, but don't worry! You can also access digital park maps on the Disneyland website and using the
Disneyland Mobile App. I can give you some tips and tricks on using both of those sources!
For the Disneyland website, you'll want to visit the
Attractions and Entertainment page where you'll find an interactive map of the parks. This map is best navigated using a computer, in my experience. On the right side of the map you'll see "+" and "-" symbols to zoom in and out, or you can click and drag with your mouse to see different areas. You can click any of the pins on the map to learn more about the experience at that location! I also love the filters at the top of the map that let you look for attractions based on your interests, height requirements, ages, and more.
On a tablet or mobile device, you can download the
Disneyland Mobile App to access park maps. When you open the app you'll want to tap on the pin icon in the lower navigation bar. The map defaults to showing "Attractions" but you can click on the arrow to switch it to show you character locations, dining options, entertainment, even restroom locations, and PhotoPass opportunities! Tapping on locations in the map will also give you additional details like operating hours, show times, height requirements, and if
Genie+ Lightning Lanes are available.
When you arrive at the parks, maps will be available at the turnstiles along with a current entertainment schedule. I definitely recommend grabbing a couple, my kids love using them to find their next ride while we're waiting in line or to choose a spot to go take a cool photo. Maps are also available in many languages at the parks!
Enjoy charting your course for your next visit, Jim!
Let me know if I can help you answer any other questions!Keep moving forward!
