Hi Jeffrey,
Welcome to planDisney!
Well, let's get this ticket dilemma resolved. We have a trip to plan and
park pass reservations to make! If you have not done so already, check the ticket type and expiration dates. To do so, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on Tickets & Memory Maker. Or, in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars in the lower right-hand side of the screen. Then click on Tickets and Passes. From there, check to be sure the individual has tickets that are valid for the dates of your visit and that the person has the number of days for which you are trying to make park pass reservations.
If the tickets have not been assigned to the correct individual, you should be able to reassign the tickets as long as they are unused. If the tickets are assigned correctly and valid for the dates you are trying to reserve, you may need to contact a Cast Member by phone. Once, I was unable to make park pass reservations even though we had valid Annual Passes and a resort hotel reservation. A Cast Member had to assist me over the phone and was able to make the park pass reservation.
As it gets closer to the dates of your visit, remember to make
advanced dining reservations for your party. Currently, we can make them 60-days prior to arrival. I highly recommend that you do so. On our last visit, we preferred having dining reservations but did use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering on a few mornings. Also make sure that you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App. We loved being able to use the mobile app for
Mobile Dine Check-in with our dining reservations
Jeffrey, I trust you will resolve that theme park ticket issues and get park pass reservations made for everyone in your party! Keep your eye on the
operational updates to note any changes to policies and procedures. We are so excited to welcome all superhero Guests for an
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
