Hi, I have managed to reserve dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table in July and my reservation says 'Not guaranteed by credit card', none of my other reservations say this, is this a problem? I want to make sure the reservation is secure.

    Hi Cassandra!

Oh wow, your family is so lucky to have secured a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table! It's one of the most popular dining reservations in all of Walt Disney World Resort. Do you need a personal photographer, or a jacket and backpack holder? If you can manage to add an extra seat to your reservation I promise to keep the fun Disney factoids to a minimum and pay for my own ear hat.

Some Walt Disney World Resort speciality dining and Enchanting Extras reservations require 100 percent full payment at the time of their booking. Other advanced dining reservations ask that a credit card guarantee of $10 per person be associated with each reservation for cancelation purposes. This amount is not a deposit, and it's only charged if and when your party misses the booking altogether.

If a dining reservation or special tour is still in your 'My Itinerary' section of your My Disney Experience account, then you definitely still have the booking. In your case you can see the reservation, and the 'not guaranteed' statement probably means that you've either already paid for the meal in full, or it's possibly being charged to a Dining Plan where again it's being taken care of.

While I don't have the proper magic mirror or back-end reservation system to further confirm your reservation, the wonderful Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort Dining Reservations do. They can be reached at (407) 939-3463 between 7 A.M. and 11 P.M. EST seven days a week.

I hope this helped turn your frown upside down, and We'll See You Real Soon, Cassandra!
