I manage the MDE account for my family. My husband will purchase a Gold Annual Pass upon arrival. Since his AP will include Memory Maker (mine doesn't) will he need his own MDE account in order to use the MM or can we use mine that he is currently on?

    Hi Cathleen,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

I manage my husband’s My Disney Experience account too. I once purchased Memory Maker and assigned it to him rather than me by accident (oops!) and I was able to use it without a problem to download my family’s pictures.  It didn't work, however, for downloading any pictures taken by people who were also linked to me (i.e. the other people in my "Friends & Family" list). Based on my experience, I don’t think that you should have a problem downloading your family’s Disney PhotoPass pictures if your husband has a Disney Gold Pass and you don't.

That being said, if you want to double-check in order to make sure that this is the case, I would recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort (scroll down a bit to see the number for the “My Disney Experience” help line).

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
