Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Cassie. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort next month! I bet you're counting down the days with excitement.
Connecting with
Family & Friends on My Disney Experience is the most efficient way to make and manage Disney vacation plans together. That said, I've had my fair share of glitches with this handy tool and getting it sorted out was less than magical. Let's see if we can fix the issue you're having! Have your husband log into his My Disney Experience account and view his Family & Friends list on the Walt Disney World Resort website. You should be listed there. Have him click on the 'Settings' button next to your profile. The first setting says, "Allow Cassie to view all your plans." Toggle that slider so that setting is turned on. That
should work, but if it doesn't solve the problem, not to fret!
Call the My Disney Experience line to chat with a friendly Cast Member. They'll be happy to assist you! I once had difficulty getting 14 of my extended family members connected through Family & Friends so I could manage everyone's plans, and a Cast Member was able to manually access my account and get it all sorted out for me. It was such a relief!
Your September visit is the perfect time to check out the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. With global marketplaces, unique entertainment, and exclusive activities, it's not to be missed!
I hope this was helpful, Cassie. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
