I my mame is Jocelyne and I would like to change a Park réservation day, I am a annual passholder. HOA can I do that?

    Hi Jocelyne!

Welcome to planDisney.  Your Walt Disney World Resort arrival is just around the corner –– you must be getting so excited!  Since your visit is just a few days away, this is a great time to finalize any last-minute planning details.  In addition to checking that your Disney Park Pass reservations are in order, this is also the perfect time to search for any dining reservations that might not have been available earlier (in fact, my favorite time to check for hard-to-find dining reservations is about 72-24 hours ahead of time).  Be sure to keep checking over the next few days and you might just be surprised by what pops up!

It sounds like you've already made Disney Park Pass reservations for your visit, which is great –– since this is a very busy time of year at Walt Disney World Resort, it's not unusual to see limited availability for some of the parks.  While existing theme park reservations can't be modified, you're welcome to cancel the reservation you've already made and book a reservation at any available Walt Disney World theme park.  Here's what you'll need to do to cancel your existing Disney park Pass reservation and book a new reservation at a different park:

    1. Sign in to your Disney Account on the Walt Disney World website.
    2. Hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu.
    3. Under "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets", scroll down to the Disney Park Pass reservation you would like to change and click "View Details".
    4. Under the confirmation number for your existing reservation on the next page, select "Cancel Reservation".
    5. Follow the onscreen prompts to select your party and finalize the cancellation process.
    6. Select "View My Park Reservations" and on the next page, click "Book Park Reservation" (if you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your visit, be sure to click "Book Park Reservation for Hotel Guest" –– this opens a separate pool of reservations and may have more availability options).
    7. Follow the onscreen prompts to select the date you just canceled, choose a new park, and confirm your new Disney Park Pass reservation.

And that's it! You should receive an email confirmation of your new Disney Park Pass reservation and see it under "My Plans" in My Disney Experience.  Just be sure that before you cancel your existing reservation, you've checked the Disney Park Pass availability calendar for Annual Passholders.  That way, you won't risk canceling your reservation, only to find that there's no availability for a different park.

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question, Jocelyne.  I hope your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort is filled with magic from beginning to end!

    See Ya Real Soon,
    Amy
