Hi There Mamas! I read on here that annual passports are valid from the date they are activated, NOT the date they are purchased. However, on the app, it shows we only have 359 left and haven't visited the park yet. I hope that's not the case! =(

    Hi there, Jessica!

How exciting it is that you are starting up a year of adventure at the Happiest Place on Earth. I can't wait for you to start making those memories with all the benefits of being a new member of the Disneyland Resort Passholder family. You and I both have the same understanding about your 365 days starting when you first exchange your Disney eTicket for the actual Annual Passport at the Disneyland Resort. To find out more, you can contact Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS or (714) 781-7277. It seems that the number of days you are seeing in the Disneyland app could be the number of days your eTicket is valid to be used at the current rates for which the pass was purchased. So, if you could possibly stay away from the Disneyland Resort long enough for that time to expire (ha!) then you would likely have to pay the difference between what you already paid and any new rate that would be applicable at that time in order to activate your Annual Passport.

But I don't recommend you wait that long, Jessica! You're going to want to "Get Your Ears On," because it's going to be a "good, good, good, good time" at the Disneyland Resort. Even more so as the Force grows stronger leading up to the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge this May!

    Have a magical time, Jessica!
