Visiting the Disneyland Resort

Mal from Descendants sounds wickedly cool. But now, my question is: which Descendants character would you dress or
Disney Bound as? I
took the quiz and came up with Carlos!
While character appearances are subject to change, there may be a good chance of finding Maleficent in the
Fantasyland area during
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. Should you come across her, I’m quite certain she’d be delighted to interact with a fan of her daughter, Mal. You can use the
Disneyland mobile app to find characters. I recommend checking the map in the app first thing in the morning, as characters drop off of the list as they conclude their appearances for the day.
There may be a few other opportunities to catch a glimpse of
Maleficent. One of my favorites is the
Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough. And should the nighttime spectacular
Fantasmic! return by this Fall, she’ll likely make a grand appearance there as well. If you have tickets to the currently sold-out
Oogie Boogie Bash, you may very well find Maleficent majestically overseeing one of the several
treat trails during that frightfully fun
special event in
Disney California Adventure Park.
