    We are making a trip to WDW soon.We have a 2day myw plus ph. We are fl res and would like to upgrade to week day select passes. The price dif works out to our benefit. Do we recieve the refund or does it wash out? What if we go 2x's. Upgrade both times?

    Samuel, ticket questions are always tough.  There are so many options for both Florida residents and non residents and keeping up with what is new and what can be done is difficult.  After a phone call I can share what was said but please also know that you can talk to several cast members and get different answers to a question so it becomes complicated!

    Magic Your Ways tickets can be upgraded if they have not been used or within 14 days of their initial use. The important thing is that this can only be done now in person and not by phone or mail. You can upgrade your tickets to a Florida  resident Seasonal, annual, or Premium Annual Pass with proof of residency. The cast member I talked with said it could be upgraded for the week day select pass but she could not verify if a refund would be given.  I apologize for being still a bit vague but when your contact person is vague as well it is hard!  The best I can say is that you can upgrade to Florida resident passes and to take your two day Magic Your Way with park hopper tickets and head straight to a Guest Relations window at the parks or Downtown Disney and ask to speak to the general manager on duty.
