We're making our 1st trip to WDW in June, staying at the BCV. Do any of the villas face the Eiffel Tower at Epcot? Wondering which view to request for our 3 teen girls, the quiet pool or Epcot. Are there traffic noises with the Epcot view? Thankyou!!

    Hi Tracy,

Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. My family has stayed at Disney's Beach Club Villas, and we love the intimate, quaint feeling of the resort.

When you book a Beach Club Villa, there is no particular view that you book, so your villa could have many different views. The Beach Club Villas are located behind Disney's Beach Club Resort, so no villa looks out over Crescent Lake. As you noted, the Beach Club Villas do offer views of the quiet pool or "woods views," which may look out at Epcot. Some of these facing Epcot do offer a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. Some people feel that the rooms which look toward Epcot do have some traffic noise due to a service road nearby. If you want this view, it might be wise to also request a room on the upper floors to lessen the noise.

As to which view to request for you and your teenage girls, I imagine that either view would be nice. We do enjoy looking out at theme parks from our rooms; however, I always feel that the best views of the theme parks are from within the theme parks. You are so close to Epcot that you can walk over quickly to see the Eiffel Tower. I like a pool view because it is dynamic - there is typically motion occurring at a pool, and the pools at Walt Disney World are beautifully maintained so are nice to look at.

If do decide on a particular request for your view, you can call Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800 if you booked your stay through Disney Vacation Club. The cast member there can note your request on your reservation. You will also be able to make requests if you do online check-in ahead of your arrival. Please be aware that Disney will do their best to honor requests; however, they cannot be guaranteed.

I hope that this information helps with your decision, Tracy. Please do not hesitate to come back with any further questions about your first trip to Walt Disney World!
