    We are making our trip spring of 2012 and I've already signed up for the dining plan but I'm wondering about gratuity at the meals. How do I know how much to bring with me each meal. We will be with a party of 8 people?

    Hello Nicole, I love the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) but I am just like you. I never know how much I should plan to bring for a tip. What I like to do is visit AllEars.net to view unofficial Restaurant menus and prices. This helps me gauge what the ballpark menu prices are. From there I can estimate what my family may spend for an entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic drink. Just remember, as a party of eight, a standard gratuity of 18% will be placed on the bill.
