Is making a theme park reservation the same thing when purchasing tickets? I ask because I purchased tickets but, when I attempt to make theme park reservations, it mentions I am unable to do so- my pass has “reached the park reservation limit.” Confused!

    Hi, Maria!

Thanks for stopping by! Let's get this sorted out so that you can focus on the coolest aspects of your trip, such as dining reservations! I also love to plan my quick meals, so I even like to browse Quick Service menus to ensure that I'm having ALL the culinary fun!

Usually, your theme park reservations will be booked when you purchase your tickets, so let me tell you how to double-check it and fix it if they're not there. The first step is to login into your Disneyland Resort account, go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), select "View My Park Reservations." The next page will display your current bookings, and your reservations should be there.

If the reservations are not there, simply go back to the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations," select "Make Park Reservations," and click on "Book Theme Park Reservation."

If this still doesn't work, I'd recommend calling the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222. They will be able to resolve any glitches and schedule your reservations!

Let us know if you have any questions before your March trip, dear. We can help with restaurant suggestions and itinerary ideas, so don't hesitate to reach out!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
