Hiya Loryssa! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you're in the beginning stages of planning a trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! At
planDisney, we're happy to help answer any questions along the way, so keep us in mind if anything is giving you trouble during the planning process!
When
purchasing tickets through the Disneyland Resort Website, you are required to choose a date for your visit. Once the ticket calendar pops up, you'll see some dates in blue that you can click to choose, some dates that are crossed out meaning these dates are sold out of reservations and some dates in gray that are unable to be clicked. When you can't click a particular date, but don't see that it is crossed out, that likely just means you are looking in the past or too far into the future. Currently, tickets are only available to purchase through late October, so if you're interested in booking dates beyond that, you'll have to be patient just a bit longer! Remember that whichever date and starting park you select before checkout also serves as your
theme park reservation, which is required for entry.
When you do choose the perfect date to visit Mickey and his pals, don't forget to carve out some time to see one of the Nighttime Spectaculars!
World of Color, Main Street Electrical Parade, Fantasmic! and
Disneyland Forever Fireworks have all returned to the Disneyland Resort, making it more magical than ever!
Hakuna Matata,
Ashley
