As they say in Mexico,
Hola Kathy!
Thank you for asking planDisney such a delicious Disney dining question about one of my favourite destinations at
Epcot's World Showcase. It always feels like fiesta-time when visiting Mexico and I'm happy to share that the
Mexico Pavillion plays host to several unique Mexican-themed dining locations including 3 Table Service dining locations, plus a couple of
Quick Service dining options to suit every budget and mealtime.
There's no mistaking being within the Mexico Pavillion as you're greeted with the majestic height of the Aztec pyramid which is home to
San Angel Inn Restaurante. One of the many reasons I love visiting this cosy restaurant is because although it's inside, it's cleverly themed so Guests are transported 'outside' to an evening of dining under a starlit sky. Also inside the Aztec pyramid, you'll discover a lounge that serves over 200 different Tequilas!
La Cava del Tequila is considered a Table Service restaurant, but actually only serves light bites to enjoy alongside the plethora of adult beverages on offer.
La Hacienda de San Angel is located on the picturesque lagoon water-front setting, and for me, this beautifully themed restaurant serves one of the most delectable desserts I've ever eaten... you really should try the heavenly
empanada de Manzana with its
dulce de leche ice cream & caramel flavoured
cajeta sauce.
At present, Guests may make
Advanced Dining Reservations up to 60 days ahead of time by logging into
My Disney Experience. Additionally, Guests who are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel may make Advanced Dining Reservations up to 60 days ahead of time, plus for a further 10 days into their stay!
Wishing you a "
Barriga llena, corazón contento!" or say we say in English, "Full stomach, happy heart!"
