Hi Kevin!
Welcome back to planDisney.
If one person on your dining reservation cannot make it, you can still keep the reservation but there may be a charge of $10 (
subject to change), unless you can modify your booking up to 2 hours beforehand. However, this is always down to the discretion of each restaurant. They may not charge for just 1 person not attending the meal, but they are entitled to do so if they want to, as per the terms & conditions outlined in your booking confirmation email. Modifications can be made on your My Disney Experience app.
Some restaurants have different cancellation policies, so please check the details here.
I am happy to see that you are visiting
Disney's Wilderness Lodge for your dinner reservation at
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. Not only will you enjoy the shenanigans when Snow White, Grumpy and Dopey stop by your table, but you will also be invited to have a photo with the most aloof Evil Queen - who I promise will be happy to see you - she just hides it well!!
Wilderness Lodge is my favourite Disney Resort hotel so I urge you to arrive a little early for your dining reservation to have a look around. If you are arriving by boat from Magic Kingdom Park, take a walk along the waterfront, past Copper Creek Springs Pool and Fire Rock Geyser (which is a wonder of nature as it erupts on the hour).
If you arrive by bus or car you will walk straight into the glorious lobby - look up, look around, there is so much to explore. Artist Point is located off the lobby - you'll see the check-in desk just beside the entrance to Territory Lounge. I know you'll have a fun evening in the Story Book setting inside an enchanted forest.
Please come back if you have any further questions, we will be happy to help!
Sue
