    I was making a reservation for Crystal Palace in Jan 2012. I know there is the new policy to use a credit card. At the end of noticed that it did not seem to accept the basic dining plan, only the deluxe plan. Is this the case because I only have the basic

    According to the online 2012 Disney Dining Plan brochure which you can see HERE, the Crystal Palace is definitely listed as a participating restaurant.

    This particular restaurant has been included on the regular Disney Dining Plan for many years, and I don't foresee that you will encounter any problems at all using your Dining Plan entitlements.
