Hello! Making plans to return this August and hoping to bring my mom and niece this time. Can I make dining reservations for 5 people now and remove the two extra if they can't come, without losing my reservation? Thanks for your help. You are awesome!

Hi Elizabeth! Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. Generally speaking, the answer to your question is "no". What I recommend doing is for those restaurants where a credit card isn't required is to go ahead and make a reservation for five guests and don't worry if you only have three when the time comes. However, for those restaurants that require a credit card or that charge a penalty for a no show, make the reservation for 3 instead; Disney will most likely be able to accommodate one or two more guests at most restaurants. I hope this helps! Write back with more questions!
