making plans for our Feb '18 trip. we are staying on property and using a conference discount on hotel. do you think we could purchase a dining plan when we buy our park tickets? thanks!

    Hi Terese,

Thank you for visiting us today to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let me try to help you with your question.

Some call it a "workcation" but I prefer being a conventionEAR. I just actually returned for a week long conference conveniently held at Walt Disney World Resort, and had a wonderful time, so I am sure you will too.

Disney Meetings typically include discounted rooms at special conference rates. You can even purchase discounted and special afternoon-only Theme Park Tickets as well; however, in general you cannot add a Dining Plan. You should check with your event's organizers or group reservation office to see if this is an option in any case.

One last tip: be sure to book advanced dining reservations up to 180 days before arrival. Happy planning!

    Ricardo.
