    We will be making lightsabers and droids in Disney World. Can Disney ship them after they are made or can they fit in a carry on bag and are they allowed on an airplane?

    You are in for an AMAZING experience in a few weeks! I had a chance to fly over to Batuu and visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and it is every fan's dream - you will wish you lived there.

    Fellow travelers who have visited Savi's Workshop told me that the lightsabers built there will not fit regular medium luggage pieces, so they decided to ship their creations home through services like FedEx, inside cardboard mailing tubes. That is also a safe way to outwit the First Order officials who may be patrolling airports looking for Savi's Gatherers!

    If you choose to carry them with you on your airplane, don't worry, as they are allowed as carry-on items. But beware of First Order officials - they're all over the place.

    Once you land in Batuu, make sure to visit Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. My husband and I loved Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs' creations - the Felucian Garden Spread and the Smoked Kaadu Ribs are delicious!
