We are making a last minute trip to disney with only 2 weeks notice. We really want to eat at Cinderella's castle. Has anyone ever gotten in by just showing up?

Hello Jari!  Oh, how I wish I had a magic wand to make this very possible.   You will traveling to Walt Disney World during a peak season.    Cinderella's Royal Table is a favorite among guests and the reservation books have been filled.  I have been going to Walt Disney World for many years and have seen so many people turned away.  I would, however, call everyday from now until your departure to see if anyone has cancelled their reservation.  Cinderella's Royal Table does require that a credit card number be left in order to hold a reservation.  In order to avoid the "no show" charge, people are very good about calling in to cancel their reservation.  I was once able to get a reservation in the past for this very reason.  Just call (407)WDW-DINE daily, and you just may get lucky.  Also, while in the Magic Kingdom, do not hesitate to ask every hour.  Remember, Disney magic is all around you!

I hope this helps.  May you and your family have a magical vacation!
