Hello! Will be making our first WDW trip in Jan. 2012. Have made ADR for all our character meals (3), but didn't know if I should make lunch/dinner reservations for the remaining days and if so, suggestions? We have 8 yr. old son & 6 yr. old daughte

Hi Melissa!  Congratulations on your first visit to Walt Disney World!  I hope you were able to book all of the Advanced Dining Reservations you wanted for character dining experiences!

If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, and will be enjoying a Table Service meal each day, then I would say that it never hurts to go ahead in your planning and include an Advanced Dining Reservation for each day of your vacation.  That way, you will be sure to have that option for a wonderful, relaxing sit-down meal available to you.

Just take a look at your daily itinerary, and make your ADR in the location where you will already be that day.  Since you have your Character Dining already planned, I will make a few suggestions of other Table Service locations for each Disney Park for your consideration:

Magic Kingdom:  The Liberty Tree Tavern, Tony's Town Square, or The Plaza Restaurant

EPCOT:  Le Cellier Steakhouse (Canada), San Angel Inn (Mexico), Teppan Edo (Japan), Via Napoli (Italy)

Hollywood Studios:  Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano, Prime Time 50s Cafe, The Hollywood Brown Derby

Animal Kingdom:  Rainforest Cafe, Tusker House Restaurant, Yak & Yeti Restaurant

I hope this list is helpful in getting you started as you choose your dining locations each day!
