We are making our first trip to WDW. We have 2 boys (5yrs & 3 yrs.) We have a 2 day pass for the parks, & We are planning to go to Magic Kngdom, but I am curious what other park you would recommend for 2 active boys. Also, any must sees/dos at thes

    Hi there, Heather!

With one day beyond Magic Kingdom - which is a must-do - you definitely have a decision to make!

Each of the three other Parks has a distinct focus and personality.

Epcot is kind of the "educational Park". With a variety of rides - like Soarin', The Seas with Nemo, and Journey Into Imagination, this Park also offers cultural experiences throughout the pavilions of World Showcase.

Disney's Hollywood Studios definitely caters to the younger set in some ways with three flagship shows: Beauty and the Beast Live On Stage, Lights!, Motors!, Action! Extreme Stunt Show starring Lightning McQueen, and Disney Junior Live On Stage. The ride selection for that age at this Park is limited to Toy Story Midway Mania and The Great Movie Ride, but if your little ones are good with shows, they will have a ball.

Finally, Disney's Animal Kingdom again offers world-class entertainment. Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo: The Musical are not-to-be-missed stage shows. It's Tough to Be  A Bug is a terrific 3-D journey into the day in the life of an insect, starring the cast of A Bug's Life. And the Boneyard playground is a fabulous place for little ones to burn off energy. Please don't forget the lure of seeing the animals: in addition to walking around the Park and seeing animals in habitats, Kilimanjaro Safari is a great journey onto the savanna.

Depending upon the interests and habits of your children, you'll find wonderful experiences at every Park. If I can be of help further narrowing down your choices, please drop me a line.

    Happy planning!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
