We will be making our first trip to Disney world with our 4 year old son in September and wondered how many days we should plan to stay based on what our son will be able to do. I've heard minimum of 3-4? Any info would be great! Thanks!

    Hello Stephanie!
I get giddy just thinking about a first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! First thing you should know: no matter how many days you plan, it is nearly impossible to see and do it all at the Walt Disney World Resort.  For your first trip I think you should plan on at least one full day in each park. And, with a child the age of your son I highly recommend two days at the Magic Kingdom for a total of 5 days minimum.  For our upcoming trip we are planning on 5 park days, a water park day, and a "free" day to simply relax and enjoy our resort. If that number of days is not in your budget, I assure you that any number of days will be magical!

If you have more questions come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,
