    Hi! We’ll be making our first family trip to Disney World in June 2020. My daughter is already asking about seeing the descendants there. Are there any special Descendants related attractions to see? Thanks!

    Hi Mary!

    Just like your daughter, my kids are huge fans of the Descendants movies! We all sing along with the VKs, Ben and Uma when we watch the movies and my kids have even tried to learn their dance moves. Is your daughter thrilled that Descendants 3 is coming out this summer? My boys are definitely counting down the days until August 2, when it's released on the Disney Channel!

    Mal, Evie, Carlos, Jay, Ben and our other favorite Descendants kids are busy at Auradon Prep and they haven't been able to make their way to Florida. So, unfortunately, there aren't currently any Character Experiences or attractions themed around the Descendants at Walt Disney World Resort. However, with Descendants 3 coming out this summer, you never know who will make an appearance. So keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning your vacation for the latest news and announcements about the Characters you will be able to meet and the other experiences you will be able to enjoy during your trip!

    Mary, even though there aren't currently any attractions or Character Experiences that are specifically themed around the Descendants or the VKs, your daughter will get a chance to see their parents during your trip. You can visit Enchanted Tales with Belle to experience the story of how Ben's parents met and fell in love. Afterward, stop by Be Our Guest Restaurant to enjoy a meal in the Beast's Castle. And you definitely want to see Fantasmic! during your trip to see both Maleficent and the Evil Queen, Mal and Evie's moms, work their magic. Finally, be sure to add the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade to your itinerary to see Captain Hook, Harry's dad, and the awesome Maleficent Dragon!
