When I am making my Fastpass + choices online 60 days in advance, am I required to pick three for each day? What if I just want to pick one? For example, can I just pick one for Soarin at Epcot, then after I use that one, get one for Illuminations ?

Hi, Julie! Thank you so much for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am happy to help!

When making your FastPass+ selections, you do need to make three selections. If make only one selection, two additional selections will be automatically assigned to each member of your party. FastPass+ attractions located at both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios are tiered, meaning of your three selections only one may be in Tier 1. Both Soarin' and IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth are Tier 1 selections. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort, you may begin making your selections 60 days prior to your arrival. I would suggest using your Tier 1 selection for Soarin' and make your two additional selections for attractions in Tier 2 your family would enjoy. Once you have enjoyed your three attractions, you are able to choose one additional selection by visiting a FastPass+ Kiosk at Epcot. If available, you may make your additional FastPass+ selection for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.

Wishing you and your family a magical vacation, Julie!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
