Welcome Maria! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I usually try to make all my advance dining reservations online, especially if I am able to make them 180 days prior. If for any reason I can’t guarantee one specific restaurant reservation for the day a want, I try calling WDW to see if a cast member can help me with alternative dates or times. This is very particular, I know people who prefer calling WDW for making reservations than making them online. Disney’s online reservation system is very convenient and easy to use, and if you plan your vacation in advance, I believe you be able to get all the restaurants your family desire.
