I am making dinner and lunch reservations and I am wondering what times for lunch and dinner are the least crowded?

I love the restaurant planning part of organizing a trip itinerary, Holly!  Isn't it fun?  As for what time is best to dine, I've always found that making reservations for off-peak times is best.  Doing so allows us to typically be seated upon arrival instead of having to wait for awhile.  I like to schedule our lunches for 11:30, or 11:45 at the latest.  For dinner, we opt for a dining time of around 5:45.  If you are accustomed to eating later, you might go for a lunch at 1:30 or 1:45 and dinner at 8:00 or 8:30.  I hope that helps!
