    We are making dining reservations, and trying to figure out if it is worth getting the Fantasmic dining experience, or to just wait in line. With the preferred seating, do you still have to get there early to get a good seat?

    Welcome to the Moms Panel Stephanie!

    Fantasmic! is an incredible performance! The Fantasmic! Dining Package includes choosing lunch or dinner at 1 of 3 restaurants:

    * The Hollywood Brown Derby (lunch or dinner)
    * Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano (lunch or dinner)
    * Hollywood & Vine (dinner packages only)

    It also includes seating in a reserved section for Fantasmic! The section is reserved but the seats within the section are not & are available on a first come basis. This will cut down on your wait time but I'd still suggest arriving 30 - 45 minutes prior to the performance time - the earlier you arrive the better seat selection you'll have within the reserved section. If there are two performances of Fantasmic! on an evening, the Fantasmic! Dining Package is only available for the first performance.

    We've always enjoyed the Fantasmic! Dining Package and felt it was worth the money since it included a dining reservation at a great location & a seat at Fantasmic! with less wait time for the performance. We love Disney's Hollywood Studios and would rather spend our time enjoying attractions with less wait time.

    There is a limited number of Fantasmic! Dining Packages available. Reservations can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit online by clicking here or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. This is a popular package & usually books up pretty fast. If you aren't able to get a reservation, you should still be able to see Fantasmic!. Just make sure you arrive at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater 60 - 90 minutes prior to show time.
